Ground Pork/Sausage Balls

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Pork (or your favorite breakfast sausage)1 cup shredded cheese2 cups Baking mix (the nutrition information is based on Carbquick - a low carb, high fiber baking mix - Bisquick would work as well, but adjust the nutrition numbers)3 tsp garlic powder1 tsp chili powder2 TBSP Italian Seasonings
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl (by hand works best), scoop out and form roughly 2" balls and place on gooking sheet prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes!

Serve alone or with your favorite dip.
