Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
1 med Head of cabbage1 lb Ground Beef1 lb Ground Pork1/2 c Onion, minced1 c Raw Rice3 c Water1 lg can Tomato Juice1 c Fat Free Sour Cream1 Egg2 tsp Salt1 tsp Black Pepper1 TB Paprika1 can Saurkraut
Directions
Combine meats, onion, rice, egg, salt, pepper and paprika in a large bowl using your hands. Steam head of cabbage until leaves are limp and remove easily. Place 1/3 cup of meat mixture in each leaf and roll tucking in the ends. Place in a large stock pot, make sure there is space between each roll. Cover with water, juice and saurkraut. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove rolls to a serving dish and add sour cream to juices. Blend well and pour over rolls. Serve over mashed potatoes.
Extra rolls can be frozen in juice and slowly thawed.
