1 small plum, chopped1 medium white peach, chopped1 cup frozen mango, chopped1-1/2 cup orange juice
Add fruits and juice to blender. Pulse on high for 2-3 minutes until ingredients completely smooth. Serve.
Makes 3 1-cup servings.
You will see flakes of plum skin in the smoothie, but no worries, you won't taste them. Leaving the skin on the plums and peaches increases the fiber content, adding to the nutritional benefits of this low-calorie smoothie!
