4 cups diced fresh peaches3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 box Ball Low Sugar Pectin1 cup Pear Nectar3/4 cup Whey Low3/4 cup Splenda Granular
Directions

Mix everything together and cook for three minutes (hard boil.) Process according to package directions.
