Brooke"s Homemade Meatloaf (Deen Bros. cookbook)

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chuck1 medium onion, pureed3 tbs ketchup2 large eggs1 slice white bread torn into pieces1 tsp salt3/4 tsp ground pepperGlaze:1/4 cup ketchup1 tbsp dijon mustard2 tsp packed light brown sugar
Directions
Combine all meatloaf ingredients and form into loaf. Bake at 350 for 30min in loaf pan.
Whisk ingredients together for glaze. After 30min, brush meatloaf with glaze and bake for 30min more.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 min. Top with remaining glaze and serve.
