Vegan Corn Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
Corn FlourBaking PowdersaltRaw SugarSoy MilkEner-g Egg Substituteapplesaucewater
Directions
Add water (2 Tablespoons) to Ener-g egg replacer and mix well.

Mix dry ingredients then make a well to add wet ingredients to. Mix well. Heat frying pan on medium. I use cooking spray, but oil or butter will work to grease the pan. Cook on one side until bubbles appear and then flip. Wait for golden brown color and serve with whatever topping you like.
