Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
two chicken breasts4 wedges Laughing cow light swiss2 ounces of Oscar Mayer Honey Ham
Directions
Place Chicken in a plastic bag(one breast in a bag) and flatten with a meat tenderizer till 1/4 inch thick. Remove from bag and spread 2 wedges of cheese on each breast, then arrange 1 ounce of ham on top of the cheese on each. Tightly roll up the chicken up and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350. carefully remove the foil and back for another 15 minutes. Makes two serfvings.
