Southwestern cornbread and beans

Ingredients
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix1 brown egg1/4 cup skim milk2 cans black beans1 can hatch green chiles1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, sliced1/3 cup water1 clove garlic1 tsp onion powder1 Tbsp dried cilantro1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Beat first three ingredients to a slightly lumpy batter

Mix all remaining ingredients in a pyrex pan. Split batter into six large dollops and drop into bean mix.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.
