Frozen Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

Ingredients
6oz Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt1/4 cup of canned pumpkin (i used libbys)1/8 tsp of pumpkin pie spice1/8 tsp of cinnamon
Directions
Pour the yogurt into a container and then put the canned pumpkin into the yogurt. Mix well and then sprinkle the spices into the yogurt and mix well.
Put into the freezer for an hour our two and eat!

    I used 0% Fage greek yogurt because that's what I had and sweetened it with 2 t. cane sugar, then ate it for breakfast. It was very filling. - 12/4/13

    I used homemade lowfat yogurt and added a drop of vanilla. Also added a tablespoon of granola to give it some crunch. Didn't freeze it, ate it straight. Was very good and has become one of my favorite snacks. - 8/10/12
