Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1 c. bread flour1/4 c. wheat germ1 t. baking soda1/2 c. butter, softened1/2 c. applesauce1 c. sugar1 t. vanilla2 eggs8 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Cream together butter, applesauce and sugars. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and beat until it forms a soft dough.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 7- 10 min. , until edges are browned.
Makes 36 cookies.
