Ingredients
8oz extra lean ground beef 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 1 can Hunts Fire Roasted Diced tomatoes with Garlic 1/2 package shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix) 1 cup water 1 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
Directions
Directions
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until meat is cooked through.

Add tomatoes and cole slaw mix; stir. Reduce heat to simmer; cover tightly. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Stir in water and rice; bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir and cover. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
