Homemade Turkey Vegatable Soup

Ingredients
Salt (2 tbsp)Turkey Legs ( 2 cups)Onion (2 cups)Turnip (2 Cups)Carrot (2 Cups)Potato (2 Cups)Rice (1/2 Cup)Canned Tomatoes diced (with or without seasonings)Black Pepper (2 tbsp)Parsely (2 tbsp)Basil (2 tbsp)
Directions
Add everything into a big soup pot keep adding boiling water as needed. Turkey, onion, salt first. Boil until meat is almost done. Add Turnip boil until you can almost put a fork through it. Add carrot boil until you can almost put a fork through it. Add potato, rice, can tomatoes and spices. Boil until potatoes are done. Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
