Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup green or red bell pepper1/2 cup mixed vegetables1 can beef brothDash of worchestershire1 tbsp. tomoto paste (squeeze tube)
Directions
brown beef and drain. Add rest of ingredients and cook over low heat for about 1 hr.

Thicken with a little bit of cornstarch and water.
Serve over any kind of potatoes you like or try rice or noodles.

Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
