1 1/4 cup flour3/4 cup corn meal - stone ground3/4 t salt1/4 cup sugar5 t baking soda1/4 cup egg substitute1 cup milk2 T canola oil
Directions
mix dry ingredients together. add wet ingredients. mix well. pour into a 9 inch pie dish. bake at 375 for 30 min
