1 lb. Beef for Stew2 large Green Peppers1 large Onion1/2 tbls. minced Garlic3 Carrots1/2 cup Brown Rice 1 can (14oz) Beef broth3/4 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)1/12 cup waterPepper
Chop peppers and onion into large chunks. Pour broth and speghetti sauce into Crock-Pot, add rice, seasonings, meat and vegatables. Add water.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
