Whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
*All Natural Gold Medal Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Granulated Sugar,1 tablespoonBaking Powder, 2 tsp *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp Kroger Breakfree Egg Beaters, .25 cupMilk, 1%, 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 tablespoons
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients ( Flour, salt, baking powder and sugar) in large bowl.
I am small bowl mix all wet ingredients( eggbeaters, milk and applesauce).
Add wet ingredients to dry .
Mix until just moistened.....DO NOT OVER MIX
Scoop almost .25 cup per pancake put on a 350 degree griddle.
Flip when lightly brown on the bottom
Cook for another min or so
1 pancake is one serving
