Upside-down deep dish pizza

Ingredients
Veggie ground beef, 1 jar of tomato pasta sauce, 1 package frozen spinach, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, refrigerated pizza dough.
Directions
preheat oven ro 375. brown ground "beef." in a skillet and season. stir in pasta sauce and bring to a boil; turn into 2-quart deep dish pie plate or baking dish.
top with spinach (which has been thawed and squeezed dry), then cheese. place pizza dough over dish, sealing edges tightly.
bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden. let stand 10 minutes.
