Sausage, Potato, Green Chili's & Eggs

6 Large Eggs1/4 Lb Ground Sausage3 Roasted Green Chili's - Diced1 Small Potato (Pre-Cooked & Diced)1 TB Ground Black Pepper1/8 Tsp Salt1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
In a non-stick pan, saute sausage until cooked. Add diced green chili's and diced and pre-cooked potato. Saute for 3-5 min until potato is crispy.
Beat the eggs, add black pepper and salt.
Poor eggs over cooked sausage, chili's, and potato's. Cook eggs until well done. Sprinkle cheese on top, turn off pan and cover. Leave until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
