* *Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice (fast cook) 6.2 oz box cooked, 1 cup (remove) * *Kroger Fat Free Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup (remove) * *Fresh Mushrooms, 8 oz (remove) * *chicken breast grilled, no skin, cubed 1 C = 1 serv, 3 cup (remove) * *fat free itailian dressing, 15 tbsp (remove) * *1 - sour cream red fat, 227 gram(s) (remove)
serves 6
cook rice in large saucepan according to pkg directions using 2 cans chicken broth instead of water.
add mushrooms during last 5 min of cooking.
stir in chicken, italian dressing, and sour cream,spoon into a lightly greased 11 X 7 inch baking dish
bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until heated. Let stand 10 min before serving
