Green Onion Cakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup scallions, chopped3/4 cup flour1 tbsp lard1 oz water1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
Directions
Cut lard into flour with salt. Add chopped scallions and water until a thick, stretchy dough forms. (You will probably need more water.) Roll out to about 1cm thickness, then cook in 1 tbsp vegetable oil until crispy on both sides.
