Turkey Potato Hash

Ingredients
1/2 package ground turkey4 small potatoes, diced1 small red onion, diced (or 1/4 of a big one)1 small white onion, diced (or 1/4 of a big one)(optional, 1/4 cup reduced turkey gravy, if you have it, it makes all the difference in this recipe)Chile powder to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Brown the ground turkey. Toss in the same pan the potatoes and onions. Let cook until almost done. At this point, toss in the turkey gravy along with pepper and chile. Let this mixture cook for a few minutes longer until the potatoes are completely done, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy.

    DH makes a very similar dish, and it's absolutely delicious! No chili powder or gravy, though I'm sure either would be a tasty addition. Also, he drains the fat from cooking the ground meat, and uses a spray oil (like Pam) as needed. He also will use different seasonings, like a dry rub for steak. - 9/27/09

    Wow! Thanks for the review and telling me about that other recipe! I pretty much just threw together what I had on hand. (This is pretty high in calories! >..<) I would have use other things rather than gravy but had no cooking oil, and using Pam never occurred to me before!
