Seaweed Salad (Wakame)

Ingredients
3/4 oz. Dried Seaweed (Reconstituted) 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce1 tsp. packet Splenda1 tsp. Ground White Sesame SeedHot Chili Flakes to taste
Directions
Place Seaweed in boiling water just till it turns green, remove immediately to ice water bath, then remove and cut into strips and refrigerate.

With an immersion blender put rest of ingredients except for sesame seed and chili flakes.

Prior to serving toss seaweed with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seed and chili flakes

The seaweed will reconstitute to 11.75 oz.

This will be an excellent accompaniment to cold boiled shrimp or left over chopped chicken.

It is extremely filling, I would think it should serve 6.
