Grape Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cuo seedless grapes, halved1 celery stalk, finely chopped1/4 cup reduced fat mayo1/4 cup light sour cream1 T lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Pound the chicken thin between two sheets of plastic wrap. Coast with olive oil spray, salt & pepper ans set on baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for 8 minutes on each side. Let cool and chop.
While chicken is cooling chop other ingredients.
