Deer Meat Spaghetti Sauce

Approx. 1 lb Zucchini shredded28 oz. can Tomatoes (whole or diced)28 oz can Crushed tomatoes2 cup beef broth2.5 Tbsp Seasoning salt6 cloves garlic1 cup onions, chopped3 Tbsp Italian seasoning1 lb. ground deer meat
Brown the meat with the onions and garlic. Add in the shredded zucchini, tomato products, seasonings and broth. Mix well and simmer for 2 hours over low heat.
This could also be put into a crockpot and left to simmer while you are at work.
This makes approximatly 20 1 cup servings.
