16 oz Cream Cheese8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese10 Corn Tortillas1.5 pound Lean Ground Beef10 Oz Can of Rotel (or more as needed)1 Cup Chopped Onion (or to taste)1 Clove Garlic (or to taste)Green Onion
1) Mix Cheddar Cheese and Softened Cream Cheese
2) Saute Garlic and Onion
3) Add meat to garlic/onion mix and cook until brown
4) Add RoTel
5) In Casserole Dish (12x9), Add 5 tortilla
6) pour 1/2 of meat mixture over tortillas
7) Spread 1/2 of cheese mix over meat mixture
8) sprinkle chopped green onion over (personal preference)
9) REPEAT 5-8
10) cook at 350 Degree for 30 mins
