Goldsmiths Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
3Ingredients:Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 ozPortabella Mushrooms, 200Spinach, cooked, 0.24 cup
Directions
Cut off Stem and leave head of babby mushroom intact. Chop up the still into fine bits, mix with spinach. Lay mushroom on pan bottom facing up. Add mixture of Spinach and chopped mushroom and then put a pinch of cheese on each. Put in oven for 15/20 min at 375 or 400. (400 will cook faster but cause more juice) Makes 10 stuffed mushrooms
