Steam or Microwave Cauliflower till very soft, put into a blender and mix all ingredients together at the same time. Makes 6 servings. Serve

    I used my vitamix to get a really smooth texture to it. My father, who doesn't like cauliflower, liked this recipe very much. I on the other hand, really don't like cauliflower and still didn't like this recipe very much. But it is worth trying. It does NOT taste potato like. Still cauliflower. - 3/5/18
