Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
Napa cabbage, 1 headGreen onions, 5Ramen noodles, 3 packagesSlivered almonds, small packageSesame seeds, 2 TbspChicken, optional, 2 breastsDressing:Vinegar, 1/4 cupOlive oil, 1/4 cupSugar, 1/4 cupSoy sauce to taste
Directions
Cook & season chicken.

Brown ramen noodles and almonds, when almost finished, add sesame seeds.

Whisk all dressing ingredients...we usually add additional vinegar & go easy on the oil.

Thinly cut the napa cabbage and onions. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (it's easiest to use your hands!).

Our 4 year olds favorite meal! :)
