Whole grain muffins - Banana choco chip

Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups Fresh ground whole grain flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup apple butter1/3 cup canola oil2 eggs 2 ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup skim butter milk1/4 cup choco chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 24 muffin with paper

In medium bowl mix flour, baking powder and baking soda

in large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, except choco chips. When blended slowly add flour mixture. When just blended, fold in choco chips.

Spoon into muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
