Mom's Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Water1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar2 tsp. garlic salt or 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. ground oregano1/4-1/8 tsp. sweet ground basil1 Cup Canola Oil
Directions
In a dressing carafe, mix ingredients in order listed. Shake well. Does best if not refrigerated.

    This was a pretty good dressing! Has a strong flavor with very little. I have put it over spinach leaves w/shredded cheese & croutons. I'd make it again! Wish the calories were lower, though :P Thanks for sharing! - 7/17/11
