Ingredients
3- 3oz tilapia filets1 small egg, whole, beat well w/ 1 tsp water1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbsBeat egg and water till well blended. Dip filets in egg, then into bread crumbs (both sides). Spray fry pan w/ Pam, add up to 3 tablespoons of EVOO. Fry fish over med heat, about 2 min per side--until golden brown.
