L.R. Chocolate peanut butter sauce

Ingredients
60g unsweetened cocoa powder150g (3/4 cup) sugarpinch of salt1-1/8 cup boiling water24g (1-1/2 T.) skippy natural smooth peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. butter pecan flavoring opt.
Directions
In a small sauce pan, combine cocoa, sugar and salt. Whisk in boiling water until smooth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla and butter pecan flavoring. Makes 11-1/2 servings of 38g each, about 2 Tbsp.

    Delicious!! I was the perfect topping for vanilla frozen yogurt. Though it was a bit runny & a little too sweet. Next time I will cut back on the amount of water & sugar. - 11/3/09
