Spaghetti A La Anne

Ingredients
1/2 lb spaghetti3 c cubed ham1/4 c butter1/8 c flour1 tsp salt2/3 c water1 c nonfat milk1 chicken bouillon cube1/2 c grated parmesan cheesejar roasted red pepper (not in calculation)croutons (not in calculation)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and salt to make a roux. Then add the water, milk and bouillon cube. Bring mixture to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring until thickened.

Combine the pasta, sauce and ham in a greased 9x9 baking dish. Top with the grated parmesan & roasted red peppers. Bake 20 minutes at 400.

Top with croutons, if desired.
