Sweet and Sour purple cabbage

Ingredients
1 tbsp light salted land o lakes butter1 cup Onions, chopped3 cups Cabbage, red, chopped2 med Granny smith apples1/4 cup Water2 tbsp light Brown Sugar2 tbsp apple Cider Vinegar1/2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Saute onion in butter 1 min. Add cabbage and apple and saute 3 mins. Add all other ingredients, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 20-25 mins.
