White Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
8 Flour tortillas1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup salsa1/4 cup skim milk1 can cream of mushroom soup8 oz. light sour cream1 small can chopped green chilies1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook ground beef in skillet. Add salsa. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Wrap ground beef mixture in tortillas to make 8 enchiladas. Whisk together other ingredients (except cheese). Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
