Asian Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
3 T light soy saucejuice from 1/2 lime1 t Grated Ginger root1 T toasted sesame oil1 t honey1 clove garlic, crushed1 lb salmon
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients
marinate fish for at least 1/2 hour
wipe fish dry and discard marinade
roast on well-oiled grill rack of a hot barbecue for 5-10 minutes per side
allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with rice and grilled vegetable
This marinade is also great with chicken thighs!
