Lemon Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
2 Lemons-Squeezed2 Garlic Cloves-pressed1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard2 Tablespoons Honey1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar1 Cup Water1 teaspoon Salt (optional)1 teaspoon Basil-dried1 teaspoon Tarragon-dried1/2 teaspoon of your favorite herb mix (I blend all my favs together)
Directions
Mix all in blender. Very watery... shake well before using. Makes 2 Cups or apx 32 Tablespoons. One serving=2 Tablespoons.

You can also add about 10 cherry tomatoes for a nice change.
