Open-Faced Guacamole Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices wheat bread1 tbsp. butter or buttery spreadJohnny's Garlic Spread and Seasoning2 tbsp. guacamole1 raw tomato1 raw mushroom1 tsp. dried basilsalt and pepper
Directions
Toast the bread, and while waiting you can slice the tomato and mushroom.
Butter the toast and sprinkle them with the garlic seasoning.
Spread a layer of guacamole on each piece of toast and then cover with the tomato and mushrooms.
Add the basil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Makes one serving of two open-faced sandwiches.
