Ingredients
* canola oil, .5 tbsp (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 ounces (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) * kroger instant whole grain brown rice, 43 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
rinse pat dry and slice chicken breast into half inch strips on a separate cutting board. chop green onion and core, seed and slice pepper into strips; mince garlic, set aside. in a nonstick skillet, heat oil on low med heat and saute garlic for 1-2 min, until lightly golden. raise heat to med and add chicken; stir fry for 1-2 min, add chopped vegetables and teriyaki sauce min, add chopped vegetables and teriyaki sauce and stir fry about 5-6 min, until vegetables are tender, but still crisp. sprinkle with sesame seeds. serve. makes 1 servings.
