1 can Bush's Pinto Beans1 oz Canadian Bacon1 small onion, diced2 Tbs. cilantro, chopped1 medium tomatoe, diced1/4 cup Herdez salsa caseraPam cooking spray
1. Spray a medium pan with pam, fry canadian bacon, onion, cilantro, and tomato until onion is translucent.
2. Add pinto beans, fill pinto beans with water and add to your pot.
3. Add salsa and bring to a boil.
4. Simmer for 20 minutes or until water is mostly absorbed.
