Wheat Germ Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
1 2/3 Cups Flour1/2 Cup Toasted Wheat Germ2 Tbls Sugar1 Tbls baking powder1/2 tsp salt2/3 Water1/3 Cup Vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450

Mix Flour, wheat germ, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.

In a 1- or 2- Cup measuring cup mix the oil and water together

Add to dry mix and mix well

Knead dough 20 to 25 times on floured board. Roll to and 1/2 inch thick.

Using a cookie cutter or an overturned glass into 2 inch circles

Place and ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 mins, until done
