Paulette's 9-Day Slaw

Ingredients
1 Head shredded cabbage-Red or Green1 Green Bell Pepper, finely diced1 Bunch Scallions2 Stalks Celery, finely diced1 Cup Sugar1/3 Cup Olive Oil3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 Tablespoon Celery Seed1 1/2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard2 Teaspoons Salt
Directions
Makes 12 Servings
Quick, easy & nutritious...and tastes wonderful!

Put vegetables into a large heat-proof bowl.

Pour sugar on top & stir well.

Bring liquids to a boil & pour over salad while hot. Stir.

Refrigerate overnight, stirring a few times before serving to be sure dressing is evenly distributed.
