Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour 1 ripe/mashed banana1 large egg1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder3/4 cup 2% milkdash of salt
Directions
Mix dry ingreidents together,fold in mashed banana,milk, and egg. Mix together. Spray warm griddle with a cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot griddle,flip pancakes and cook until golden brown. Do not over cook. Serve warm.
