Ingredients
6 eggs, separated250 g potato starch250 g white sugar1.5 tsp baking powder1 tbsp vanillapinch of salt
Directions
beat yolks. and sugar together until creamy, add vanilla. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Fold two egg mixtures together. Then sift in dry ingredients. Pop into an oven preheated to 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Also makes good cupcakes.
