Omelet with Bacon, Tomato and Cheese

Ingredients
4-5 slices of bacon4 eggs3-4 slices of tomato cut upa pinch of shredded cheeseSeason to taste
Directions
Cut up 4-5 slices of bacon. Cook until almost done.
Add chop tomatoes. Cook about 2-3 minutes
Whip eggs with seasoning. Add water or 1% milk. (I added water.)

Cook until edges are brown and the outer edges are almost cooked. Fold over. Cook a few minutes more.

Cut in half and serve.
