1 Cup White Lily self-rising white cornmeal1 Cup Whole buttermilk1/8 Cup Corn oil1 egg
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin pans (I use cast iron pans) with oil spray. Mix ingredients together and divide between pans. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until done.
