Ragin Cajun Gumbo, Chicken and Sausage

Ingredients
Ragin Cajun Gumbo Mix.5 cup onion.5 cup bell pepper14 oz lean sausage (150 cals, 12 gm fat/ 2oz)12 oz Chicken
Directions
sautee veggies with cut sausage pieces. when cooked add gumbo mix water and chicken breast.
Boil stirring once in awhile for half hour... pull chicken breats out to shred and replace in pot and cook for another 20 mins. on low.
Makes 12 generous serving
