Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 lb. Beef chuck roast 5 carrots, chopped3 medium potatoes, cut into 2x2 pieces1 medium White Onion, sliced1 can Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can(10.5 oz) beef broth1 pkt dry onion soup mix
Directions
Mix cream of mushroom and onion soup mix in crockpot. Add beef broth and mix well. Place vegetables in pot and stir. Place roast in and spoon soup mixture on top. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
