Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

3 (or 4) pork chops or cutlets, all visible fat removed, 3 oz. servings1/2 cup Italian dressing1/3 cup deli mustard2 Tbls honeysalt & pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, brown both sides of chops or cutlets. Drain off any excess fat from the pan.
While browning, mix together the dressing, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
Once chops have been browned, turn heat down to low. Pour sauce over chops and cover.
Cook for about 25 minutes, or until chops are done, turning every 5-7 minutes.
Makes 3 (or 4) 3 oz servings.
