Creamy Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb chicken butler2 cups chopped broccoli1 can cream of mushroom soup1/3 cup skim milk1 cup low-fat cheddar or colby cheese1 TB smart balance lite spread4 tsp bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Cook broccoli in boiling water. While broccoli is cooking pan fry cubbed chicken in 3 tbsp. Olive Oil. Once broccoli is cooked, drain and place in casserole dish. Cover with cooked chicken. In a small bowl mix milk and condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup and pour over chicken and broccoli, then cover with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Mix melted butter and Bread Crumbs. Sprinkle over top and cook for about 15 minutes. Tastes great over some rice!
